How to order?
To place an order, you can easily check out through our website.

Alternatively, you can send us a message on Instagram @totoandgeorge, and we'll be happy to process your order for you.

1. Length: Measure from the base of your dog's neck all the way to the base of their tail. 
2. Height:  Measure from the floor to the tallest point of your dog's shoulders. 
3. Weight: Weigh your dog using a pet scale or a regular scale.

Now, compare these measurements to the dimensions of the carrier:

Adventure Tote Pet Carrier
L x W X H - 16 x 8 x 12 inches
Weight Capacity: 7 kg

Leather Pet Carrier
L x W X H - 13 x 6 x 11 inches
Weight Capacity: 3 kg

What is your shipping rate?

Pet Carriers 

Note: At the moment, we can only accept pet carrier orders for Metro Manila due to the bulky nature of our product.

1. STANDARD SHIPPING (METRO MANILA) -  ₱100.00 (PHP), next day delivery 

2. PICK UP (Self-Arranged Delivery)
Customers can choose the Pick-Up option during checkout for self-arranged delivery. Customers can pick up their items at Pacific Regency, Pablo Ocampo Sr. Ave, Malate, Manila. Kindly reach out after checkout to coordinate the pick-up schedule.


Other Items 

1. METRO MANILA -  ₱80.00 (PHP), 2-3 Days Delivery Time 

2. PROVINCIAL - ₱150.00 (PHP), 5-7 Days Delivery Time 

3. PICK UP (Self-Arranged Delivery)

Are you planning to ship the pet carriers outside Metro Manila?
We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to accommodate provincial orders.

Can we arrange pick up or self-arranged delivery?
Yes, customers can choose Pick-up during checkout for self-arranged delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Metro Manila. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

1. Website Check Out: GCash, GrabPay, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, UnionBank
2. Direct Payment: GCash, BPI

What is your return policy?
We accept returns in the event of damage to your items upon receipt. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photographic evidence of the damage. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or accessories that came with it. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

Will you offer more products in the future?
Definitely! We have exciting plans to expand our collection beyond pet carriers.
